Parvanna's mother denied her digging up bones because she doesn't feel safe with Parvanna being there because their might be land mines there and her mother already lost a child, also she said they have enough money for them to buy stuff to eat but they don't know that Parvanna wants some extra money for her self to but things for her self like a tray for to carry her stuff to sell.

I think that Parvanna and Nooria stopped fighting because their life isn't so miserable now since like Parvanna turned into a boy and also they know that they have to stop fighting and help out their family.

I think the Taliban made such a big show out of punishing thieves because that might be their job and also like they feel intimidated in such a way that they want to punish them so badly.

Shauzia decided to Afghanistan and like no one will take care of her family. If i had my grandparents and Parents fighting then i wouldn't because they have raised me and let me live with them and like i would like to return the favour, Also even though they make my life miserable they still fed me and sheltered me under a roof.

Parvanna's family didn't leave because they had hope that one day the people from Afghanistan would soon rise and speak how they want to and believe they have the rights for girls to go to school and let women/girls come out of there homes and be free.
